Trip Paths offers two types of usage: a free version where all data is stored locally on your device, and a Premium subscription (Ttrip Paths Cloud) that enables cloud synchronization of your data.

1. About Trip Paths
Trip Paths is a travel planning application that allows users to create, visualize, compare, and export travel itineraries and paths on a map.
The application is provided for personal travel planning and visualization purposes.
2. No Account Required
Trip Paths does not require you to create an account.
Your trips and paths are stored locally on your device and are not backed up to a Trip Paths cloud service.
3. Third-Party Services and Data
Trip Paths uses third-party services to provide certain features:
- OpenStreetMap is used to provide the map displayed in the application.
- Supabase is used to retrieve city data used by the application.
- Google AdMob is used to display advertisements.
Third-party services and data may be subject to their own terms, licenses, and policies.
4. Travel Information
Trip Paths is a planning and visualization tool. It is not a transportation booking service and does not guarantee the availability, schedules, prices, routes, travel times, or operating conditions of any transportation service.
Information displayed in the application may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated.
You are responsible for verifying important travel information with the relevant transportation providers before travelling.
5. Advertising
Trip Paths may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, or accuracy of third-party advertisements.
6. Intellectual Property
Trip Paths, including its design, software, interface, graphics, and original content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the application for personal purposes but may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the application without permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
Third-party data, including OpenStreetMap data, remains subject to the licenses and terms applicable to that data.
7. Availability
We aim to keep Trip Paths available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
The application may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
Trip Paths is provided as a travel planning and visualization tool.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses, delays, missed connections, additional costs, or other consequences resulting from reliance on information displayed by the application.
Always verify critical travel information before travelling.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use when necessary.
Continued use of Trip Paths after an update means that you accept the revised Terms.
